Apsaras OPERA FP SHARP is an advanced dynamic flat panel X-ray unit which is launched by Kangda Intercontinental and Italy GMM. It uses a 17*17-inch large-size dynamic Csi flat-panel detector to complete the digital application which meets the requirement of radiography, fluoroscopy and synchronized digital photography.

Auto stitching function(Option)

The system original function

Apsaras OPERA FP sharp uses the system's native full spine stitching software function. This function is highly integrated with the hardware of the device, and can achieve one-key setting and full automatic control to complete all the work of the whole spine stitching photography without manual intervention. The image quality and operation convenience are far superior to the perspective mode adopted by some imported products and some domestic low-end products that use the external full spine stitching workstation to achieve the full spine stitching function. Regardless of the stability of the software and the high degree of integration of the system, the native software is more stable and the quality of the drawing is more excellent. At the same time, we can do one-click shooting of stitched images and automatically output complete stitched images.

Low-dose image mode

The full spine stitching technology used by the Apsaras OPERA FP sharp is one of the fastest acquisition modes in the industry. It uses the exposure mode to acquire images. The single exposure acquisition range is large, the time is short, and the maximum length of 4 pieces of stitching is less than 24. Image acquisition can be completed in seconds. Such super-speed acquisition can effectively shorten the examination time and reduce the patient's discomfort and pain when performing long bone splicing of the functional position of the lower extremities in patients undergoing functional photography, especially left knee replacement. At the same time, because we use the DR photography mode and then stitching. When we are stitching images of the upper body, we can effectively take care of the patient's breathing to bring artifacts.

Apsaras OPERA FP sharp adopts the full spine stitching technology: DR exposure photo acquisition and stitching method is a low-dose, greener and more efficient acquisition mode.

Auto switch double GRID technology

In order to achieve the multifunction of OPERA FP, GMM designers completed a new development of the unit, which enables tube column SID to 180cm for achieving the best distance for chest examination in normal condition.

Each unit of OPERA FP has two GRIDS. One F120CM for basic use. The other F180cm is for chest radiography.

In the stretching of the tube column, the two filter grids can be automatically switched in real time inside the device, ensuring excellent image quality under different conditions and the convenience of the doctor's operation.

The table can move ±17cm horizontally and ±47.5cm vertically. Make sure there are no blind spots in the inspection. The vertical movement range of the tube column is 158cm (focal movement distance). The whole body of the patient can be checked, which can meet the comprehensive examination of patients of various heights. Even for tall patients, the X-ray irradiation field can be completely covered from head to toe.

Adhering to the people-oriented concept of "only moving machines, not moving patients". The larger radiation coverage brings great convenience to the operation under X-ray, especially for the catheter type operation, it is not necessary to use "blind operation" at all, which greatly improves the safety factor of the operation for patients.

The tube column can be tilted up to ±40°, which is very beneficial for the examination of certain special positions such as the apex of the lungs and the side of the small curved stomach. Fully electric remote control operation greatly improves efficiency compared to manual positioning equipment.

In the case of serious injury or other patients unable to move, the emergency photography of the stretcher table or the photography of the wheelchair position on the stretcher table can be directly completed by rotating the tube to 90°.
